I admit to knowing some people who don't like animals but I can never understand it!

I have several family members. It hasn't been easy, especially in mixed (animal lovers plus animal haters) company, with me firmly on one side but trying to accommodate everyone!

I honestly wouldn't know what to say to someone who said they don't like animals. That's like saying you don't like food!

It's not at the top of my memory, but I know enough to understand things like "This antibiotic attacks X in bacteria," or the applications for worldbuilding.
